Privacy notice

01Who is responsible

This website belongs to Mara Ellison, an independent artist. If you have any questions about your information, write to studio@maraellison.example.

02What information is collected

When you send an enquiry, the studio receives the details you choose to share: usually your name, email address and message.

The enquiry form does not store anything on this website. Depending on how the site is set up, it either opens your own email app or passes your message to a form service chosen by the site owner.

03How it is used

Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange a sale, commission or project. They are never sold or shared for marketing.

04How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the enquiry or any resulting sale, and for any period required for tax or accounting records.

05Cookies and analytics

This template does not set tracking cookies or include analytics. If the site owner adds a service that does, this section must be updated to describe it.

06Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you at any time by writing to studio@maraellison.example.
