Grey Weather Coming In

Painted over most of last winter from the bluff above the harbour, where the weather arrives from the east long before it reaches the town. I wanted the sky to feel heavy and luminous at the same time, the moment before the rain decides.
The sea is a single thin band, scraped back several times so the ground shows through like light on the water.
